An off-duty Los Angeles County sheriff’s deputy was killed when the automotive he was driving slammed right into a pole within the early hours of Thursday morning, based on a report. 

A lady within the passenger seat was severely harm within the crash in Temple Metropolis, northeast of downtown Los Angeles, based on FOX 11 in Los Angeles. 

Deputy Cameron Fish, 33, was driving at a excessive price of velocity and misplaced management earlier than the single-car crash, the California Freeway Patrol (CHP) mentioned, the station reported. 

“It’s with a heavy coronary heart that we announce the passing of Deputy Cameron Fish,” the sheriff’s division wrote on Twitter Thursday. “The @LASDHQ household is saddened by this loss, and extends our condolences to Deputy Fish’s household.”

Fish labored on the Males’s Central jail and as a bailiff in courtroom, a household pal instructed FOX 11. 

Fish was thrown from the Nineteen Sixties Shelby Cobra roadster when it hit a light-weight pole after it veered onto a middle median.
