Marta Wcisło: I did not receive an answer during the debate

– During the debate, I tried to ask the candidate what connections he had with the Lublin region. I didn't get an answer. So I thought he would answer me after the debate. That's why I approached him when he was leaving the TV studio – Wcisło tells us.

She added an entry to the video she posted on the X platform, in which we read: “Kaczyński has no mercy for the Lublin region. He sent us a pardoned criminal here.”

Kamiński told Wcisło that “Poland has not perished yet” Marta Wcisło

She shouted that the Lublin region deserved decent representation

The entry is, of course, related to the pardon of Mariusz Kamiński (and Maciej Wąsik) by President Andrzej Duda. The gentlemen (currently both candidates for the European Parliament) were legally convicted of failing to fulfill their duties and exceeding their powers.

– The Lublin region deserves worthy representation. “Your place is in a cell,” Marta Wcisło shouted through a megaphone.

He said “Poland has not perished yet” and left

She also asked how many communes there were in the Lublin region. Kamiński talked to her spontaneously, at the end he said “Poland is not lost yet” and left.

Convicted in connection with the so-called the land scandal from years ago

Mariusz Kamiński and Maciej Wąsik were convicted in connection with activities related to the so-called land scandal.

In 2007 CBA, which was then headed by Kamiński (Wąsik was his deputy), organized a provocation that was intended to attack the then Minister of Agriculture, Andrzej Lepper. The fake office agents allegedly offered the officials a bribe of several million zlotys for the de-agriculture of a plot of land in Masuria. Due to the leak, no money was transferred and the CBA operation ended in failure. As a result, Lepper was dismissed by the then prime minister Jarosław Kaczyński. The political earthquake led to the collapse of the PiS-Samoobrona-LPR coalition and to premature electionsas a result of which the PO-PSL coalition took power.

Judge Anna Bator-Ciesielska, who in December 2023 announced the final judgment of the Warsaw district court in the case of Kamiński and Wąsiksaid that their actions years ago “were far from” the standard of operation of law enforcement agencies as part of operational control and provocation.

– The activities undertaken by the defendants described in the judgment were not only illegal (…) They were not activities aimed at detecting crimes, but rather creating the crime – said the judge.
