The police are looking for 82-year-old Cecylia Mrozik. According to the family, the woman was last seen in Lublin, in Czuby, at ul. Szczytowa, where he lives. Relatives last saw the senior on January 7, and had last contact with her by phone on January 8. Since then, there has been no trace of the woman.
The Lublin police inform that the 82-year-old woman was last seen on January 7, 2025 near ROD Stary Gaj in Lublin. “People who have seen the missing person or know her whereabouts, please contact us by phone at 47 811 49 20,” the uniformed officers appeal.
According to reports, the missing 82-year-old is approximately 165 cm tall, has short dark gray hair, brown eyes, wears corrective glasses and can walk on a crutch.
“The woman could have left by public transport, e.g. PKS, PKP, in an unknown direction,” we read in the police statement.
The family is appealing for help in the search
The family published a message on social media asking for support and help in the search for the senior.
“My grandmother Cecylia Mrozik is missing. She is 81 years old, about 160 cm tall, has gray hair, wears glasses. She is very stooped – this is the easiest way to recognize her. She was last seen in Lublin in Czuby, on Szczytowa Street, where she lives. She could have she went towards the Stary Gaj Allotment Gardens, she could also go to the center of Lublin. The police are already looking for her. If any of you have seen her since Wednesday, January 7 2025, please contact me in a private message. There's her phone in the last photo, maybe someone found it?” – the missing woman's granddaughter wrote on Facebook.
In her comments, she said that the last time the family saw the senior was January 7. 8, around 7:40 she had the last telephone contact with her. From that day on, there has been no contact with the woman.
