Zbigniew Rau is a man with gigantic mood swings, combined with unbridled outbursts of psychological aggression. I feel like a victim of his actions – said Łukasz Jasina, former spokesman for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in an interview for Wirtualna Polska. He assessed that his former boss's behavior “bordered on mobbing at the very least”.
In an interview for Wirtualna Polska, Jasina talked about his work as a spokesman for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs during the leadership of Zbigniew Rau.
– My relationship with the minister Rauem were difficult from the first day of work. To paraphrase a famous statement Lech Walesaat the beginning the advantages outweighed the disadvantages, because there were many more of them. Also from the Minister. Life is evolution. Ultimately I feel victim of Zbigniew Rau's actions, which in my opinion border on mobbing at the very least. My opinion on this subject is in the medical files of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. I reported the matter there – he informed.
He revealed that he was hospitalized “due to fatigue at work and a nervous breakdown”. – When I left, the minister mentioned the Great Pardubice Race, a traditional horse race in Czech Republic. He asked me if I knew what was done there with those who broke their legs and became useless. I replied that they were shot, killed. The minister replied that he would not do that to me, Yasina said.
He assessed that Rau “was a man with enormous mood swings, who could go from showing enormous trust, fully appreciating my work, entrusting me with very responsible tasks, to completely questioning my competences” in one day. “This was combined with unbridled outbursts of psychological aggression,” he added.
