Journalist Maciej Trojanowski died at the age of 72. His death was announced on Wednesday by his friend Maciej Findek-Znaniewski on social media. Trojanowski hosted, among others, the program “Unbelievable” on TVN.
The journalist’s death was announced on Facebook by his friend Maciej Findek-Znaniewski, who co-created the “Nie do Faith” program. “On Friday, October 13, my friend – the legendary host of the ‘Nie Do Faith’ program, Maciej Trojanowski, passed away,” he wrote. Trojanowski hosted the program from 1996 to 2007. “Unbelievable” returned for a moment in 2012.
“We spent a lot of our lives together. There will come a time to write about it”
“We traveled halfway around the world together. Together we traveled hundreds of thousands of kilometers, spent thousands of hours together in the studio and in the field. We made over 300 episodes of NDW. In short, we spent a lot of our lives together. There will come a time to describe it. Today, Area 11 is in mourning, because although several months ago, we returned to work on the reactivation of ‘Nie do Wiary’, so the words ‘Welcome to Area 11’ will no longer be uttered…” he added.
“Maciek, thanks for everything. Goodbye, friend! I express my deepest sympathy and support to my family and loved ones,” we read in the entry.
He added that the funeral will take place on Friday, October 20 at 13, in the church at ul. Rynek 17 in Stare Babice.
