When addressing citizens, the president said that the country's security “became more uncertain” due to the threat of Russia and the change of position USA in the case wars in Ukraine. “We're entering a new era,” he said.
Russia “has already made the Ukrainian conflict of the world conflict”, engaging soldiers from North Korea and equipment with Iran he pointed out. He added that Russia “violates the boundaries” of European countries, undertakes cyber attacks and “tries to manipulate opinions” by disinformation in social media. “This aggressiveness seems to not know the boundaries,” he noted.
