The meeting of Magdalena Biejat with President Andrzej Duda regarding the act on health premiums for entrepreneurs was a step too far, that is, legitimizing his actions – said Senator of the Civic Coalition Marek Borowski in “Facts after Facts” on TVN24.

Borowski: This is a small trouble

The attitude of the presidential candidate was commented on in “Facts after Facts” on TVN24 Senator of the Civic Coalition Marek Borowski.

“Well, this is a small trouble,” admitted former Speaker of the Sejm.

– Of course, we have big problems with the health service. She is certainly underfunded, it is beyond doubt, and it certainly cannot be co -financed quickly. And certainly the amount that is related to the health contribution, even after the budget (…) is supplemented by this healthcare, it will not heal – he said.

Senator KO said that “you can have some reservations” regarding the very concept of the health premium. – I understand that the left may have reservations here (…). I even understand that they were against it in the government. It wasn't their program point. It would be better for them to abstain in the Sejm than vote against, because they are part of the coalition. Well, it happened, it happened – he continued.

Borowski: It was a step too far away

Borowski said that he understood that the president was going to Adrian Zandberg from Together because he is in opposition. – On the other hand, the senator, Marshal Biejat is a member of the coalition. And you can protest, you can even vote against ultimately – he said, but at the same time added that going to the president in this matter, who would be a “judge” in this matter, is a legitimizing 10 years of his presidency.

At the same time, the TVN24 guest stated that the president in this matter would not be guided by a substantive assessment of the situation, but only how to harm the government coalition in this situation. – And this is the only argument. Therefore, as I say, you can have a different opinion, but it was a step too far – summed up Borowski.

“Michał, you really overheated”

Borowski also referred to the words of the Deputy Marshal of the Senate Michał Kamiński (Third Road), who said on Friday on “Yes, on TVN24 that his driver He was asked by Senate officials subordinate to Małgorzata Kidawa-Błońska to “report”.

– I don't understand it, it is a storm in a glass of water at all. It is already quite clear what it was about in this letter, there is no surveillance, it is some absurdity – said Borowski.

– After all, this letter was addressed to drivers of all four deputy marshals. If the surveillance of deputy marshals was involved, it means that someone also wanted to under surveillance the marshal from Platforma Obywatelska (Rafał – ed.) Grupiński – he noted.

According to Borowski, Deputy Marshal Kamiński “definitely suffered emotions” in this matter. In his opinion, a representative of the third way during his Friday conversation on TVN24 prosecutions several times against the Senate Marshal.

– I have to say – I am not asking you now, and maybe not even to the viewers, but to Michał – Michał, you really overheated and something like this should not fall. You crossed the line and you should simply apologize to Mrs. Marshal – he turned to Kamiński in public.
