In Maków Mazowiecki, two 18-year-olds attacked their peers who were going fishing. They stole a fishing rod and a phone. The situation was noticed by passers-by, who dragged the aggressive teenagers away and called the police.

On Monday evening, district officers were called to intervene on Sportowa Street in Maków Mazowiecki. – Walking through Sapper Park, passers-by noticed that two young people were beating two other teenagers. Witnesses to the incident began to drag the aggressors away and called the police. According to the findings of the uniforms, two 18-year-olds were going to the river to fish when they were accosted by a group of strangers. “The two attackers beat their victims and took their phone and fishing rod,” a police spokeswoman said. Shortly afterwards, the district officers detained two 18-year-olds suspected of robbery when they were walking along Kopernika Street. One of them had a stolen phone with him. The fishing rod was hidden in the nearby bushes.

The detainees were charged with robbery, which is punishable by up to 12 years in prison. By the decision of the District Prosecutor’s Office in Przasnysz, the men were placed under police surveillance combined with a ban on approaching and contacting the victims.
