First degree alarms before frosts apply in voivodships:
- West Pomeranianin the following poviats: Wałecki, Drawskie, Szczecin;
- Greater Polandin the following poviats: Złotów, Pilski, Chodzieński, Czarnków-Trzcianecki;
- Kuyavian-Pomeranianin the following poviats: Grudziadz, GrudziądzŚwiecki, Tucholski, Sępoleński, Nakielski;
- Pomeranianin poviats located in the southern half of the region;
- Warmian-Masurian Voivodeshipin: Elbląg poviats, ElblągIławski;
- Podlasiein the following poviats: Hajnów, Bielsko, Siemiatycki, Wysokomazowiecki, and Zambrów;
- Mazowieckiein the eastern poviats;
- Lublin;
- Podkarpackie;
- Świętokrzyskiein the eastern and central poviats;
- Lesser Polandin the southern and eastern poviats;
- Silesianin the following poviats: Żywiec, Bielsko, Bielsko-BiałaCieszyn;
- Lower Silesiain the southern poviats.
A decrease in air temperature to about 1 degree Celsius is forecast, on the ground locally to -2 degrees C.
Alarms will be valid between 1-6 on Sunday. Only in Lesser Poland and Silesia, warnings will come into force at 23 on Saturday and will expire at 7 the next day.

What is the first -degree IMGW meteorological warning
The first degree warning provides for conditions conducive to the occurrence of dangerous meteorological phenomena that can cause material losses and a threat to health and life. Conducting activities in conditions of exposure to these factors is difficult and dangerous. Expect difficulties resulting from conducting activities in the area of threat, including delays caused by traffic difficulties, disturbances in outdoor events or the possibility of their dismissal.
