Supporters of Law and Justice are gathering in front of the Sejm building in connection with the “Protest of Free Poles” scheduled for Thursday. Participants carry white and red flags, some graphics with the slogan “Solidarity with Mariusz Kamiński and Maciej Wąsik”. They chant slogans: “God, honor, homeland”, “free media”, “constitution”.
There is a stage set up in front of the Sejm from which organizational announcements are made. More demonstrators keep coming through the side streets. There are a large number of police cars and policemen in the area.
The event is officially scheduled for 4 p.m.
Difficulties in Śródmieście
The Public Transport Authority informed that due to the blocked crossing of ul. Beautiful buses of lines 107 and 159 were directed to detour routes in accordance with the assumptions of stage I of changes related to the assembly and march in Śródmieście.
