Marek Konkolewski is a former policeman and road safety expert. According to TVN24.pl information, from Thursday it will be responsible for the Canard system (automatic traffic supervision center). It is a unit of the Chief Road Transport Inspectorate, created to centralize and automate road traffic supervision. Now Andrzej Kolasa is the director of Canard.
