The deliveries, which are due to be completed in 2024, are accompanied by training and logistical support. It is planned to transfer the technologies necessary to service the equipment in Poland.

How does Bayraktar TB2 work?

The Bayraktar TB2 is a Turkish-made unmanned combat-reconnaissance aircraft that first flew in 2014. It is 6.5 meters long, has a wingspan of 12 meters and weighs 650 kg. The drive is a single propeller located at the back of the structure, powered by a 100-horsepower piston engine capable of accelerating the drone to about 220 km/h.

This drone is designed primarily for air reconnaissance, but also for guiding artillery, as well as direct attacking the enemy – each drone can carry up to four laser-guided bombs.
