As far as I know, the documents regarding taking Mariusz Kamiński and Maciej Wąsik to prison have not yet been received – said Commissioner Mariusz Kurczyk from the Police Headquarters on Tuesday after 8 a.m.

On Monday, around 4:30 p.m., the Warsaw district court announced that “executive documentation was prepared, including delivery orders convicted MK and MW to penitentiary units. This means that Kamiński and Wąsik may be detained and sent to prison at any time. Head of the Ministry of Interior and Administration Marcin Kierwiński assured that when the services receive the decisions, “appropriate action will be taken immediately“.

Police: the documents have not been received yet

On Tuesday after 8 a.m., Commissioner Mariusz Kurczyk from the Police Headquarters commented on this matter. – I have no information that we received anything. According to what the spokeswoman said yesterday, they are supposed to arrive at the Warsaw VII headquarters, responsible for the place of residence of these gentlemen. Invitation to the president

Even though Kamiński and Wąsik can be detained at any time, President Andrzej Duda invited them to the Presidential Palace on Tuesday at 11 a.m. There will be a ceremony of appointing their close associates Błażej Poboży and Stanisław Żaryn as advisors to the president.
