“Marriage at First Sight” is one of the most popular programs TVN. The matrimonial show enjoys sympathy among viewers, who flock to the televisions to follow the fate of the newlyweds. On Tuesday, September 3, the tenth anniversary season of the program began. We met new participants who applied to the format for the desired love. The show also features three experts: Zuzanna Butrym, Hanna Kąkol and Julitta Dębska. They are tasked with pairing up participants and then overseeing their marriages. Will the new participants manage to find happy love? One of the characters in the new edition is Joanna. The 35-year-old has stirred up quite a bit of controversy among the experts. What was it all about?

The viewers have certainly been waiting for this moment for a long time. The new edition of “Marriage at First Sight” has just started. We got to know all the participants and their stories. One of them is 35-year-old Joanna. The woman has a lot of life experience behind her and recently she decided to make a few changes. There is no denying that she is brave and assertive. She recently left her job and city life and decided to buy some land on which she built a small house. – I was simply suffocating in my job. (…) I decided to change my life completely – she said. Joanna had several serious relationships, but each one ended in failure. – I've been single for five years now, maybe even more – she confessed. She got into one relationship with a friend and although she believed in love until the end, the relationship did not end in success. Although Joanna seemed organized and determined, there were some things that raised doubts among the experts. The first was the land and the new house. Experts were not sure whether a woman would be able to change her place of residence for love. However, she swore that she would manage. “Places are not as important as people,” she said. The experts' meeting was no better. One of them was still not convinced. “What good is being attractive if she's at a crossroads? (…) She's changed. She moved out of the city and that's where she wants to spend her time for now,” she claimed. The others tried to convince her by presenting other perspectives. However, she remained adamant. Finally, she also accused that Joanna could have applied for the program only because of its popularity and wider reach. – I suspect that her experiment will definitely bring her greater recognition and e-book sales will increase.
