Martyna Wojciechowska on how she takes care of the necessary fitness at the end of the world
Hot or cold climate, different food and lots of hiking – you have to be well prepared for such circumstances. In a previous conversation with us, the traveler revealed how she takes care of her fitness, which is useful when implementing “Women at the End of the World”. – I need a lot of training because I have to be in shape. I need to be in shape to go to these ends of the world and to keep up with the team, and I would even say more, to set the pace. So it is absolutely something that I treat as part of my professional duties, but in general I have always liked to move. I love movement, so I run, I exercise and in general I am a person who does not spend much time sitting, so I am constantly in motion. And in general being at the ends of the world is like a fitness camp. You have to have really iron health, get up at dawn, go to bed late, be on the run all the time, changes in temperature, changes in climate zones, changes in diet, and changes in time zones. – Wojciechowska confessed last year.
