Maryla Rodowicz does not slow down. She has just recorded a music video with Roksana Węgiel for the new version of the hit “Damą być” and she promoted it strongly in the media, and is already moving on to her next professional duties. In just one week, the legend of the Polish scene will visit our compatriots in America. Between September 22 and 29, she has four concerts planned for Polonia in the USA. She will be in Chicago, New Jersey, Connecticut, and end the fun in New York. It will not be cheap fun for her fans. The cheapest tickets for the artist's concert cost $70, which is over PLN 270, while the most expensive ones cost $150, which is about PLN 600.
American fee higher than Polish fee
Some time ago “Super Express” he calculated that for each American concert Maryla Rodowicz will reportedly collect as much as 35 thousand dollars, which is about 135 thousand zlotys – and for the entire mini-tour as much as 540 thousand zlotys! Interestingly, allegedly in Poland, Rodowicz cannot count on such high rates. Usually, for a long time, the star's account receives around PLN 50,000 for one performance in our country. And everyday expenses often freeze Maryla's blood. That is why she tightens her belt. For many years now, the singer has been claiming that as a single woman, she cannot afford to go on a shopping spree. – I would pass on it right away. I haven't done any shopping for a good few years, because I mainly think about the bills. I haven't bought clothes (…) Although it makes no sense. After all, I have a lot of clothes, my daughter sells them, because she is overflowing in her wardrobes. And how many handbags, shoes do I have… – Rodowicz emphasized in an interview with Pomponik. By the way, she confessed that she also dreams of an exotic vacation with her family.
How much pension does Maryla Rodowicz receive?
It is no secret that the 78-year-old's retirement is not a fortune. “Super Express” recently reported that the current benefit that the singer receives from ZUS is PLN 1,917. – What can I say? I have a low pension. It wasn't an issue before and that's why the contributions were low – said Rodowicz. – I don't have royalties. I earn as much as I can sing out of my throat – she explained in an interview with “Twój imperium”.
