On Tuesday, Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki appointed Tobiasz Bocheński as the Mazowieckie Voivode and Karol Młynarczyk as the Łódź Voivode. Młynarczyk took over the function from Tomasz Bocheński, who replaced Konstanty Radziwiłł as the Mazovian Voivode.

Bocheński, the former voivode of Łódź, replaced Konstanty Radziwiłł to the post of Mazowieckie Voivode. Radziwiłł will be the Polish ambassador in Vilnius. As a result, Karol Młynarczyk, who had been deputy voivode of Łódź, took office after his superior, Bocheński.

Bocheński was born in Łódź on December 15, 1987. As reported, he is a law graduate at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Lodz. “He was the scientific secretary of the Alexis de Tocqueville Center for Political and Legal Thought. In the years 2012-2016 he was the director of the Office of the Governor. In March 2019, he defended his doctoral dissertation at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Lodz entitled Cato’s Letters legal dimension of the republican-liberal synthesis.

From November 25, 2019, he held the office of the Łódź Voivode.

On the day of his appointment, the new Mazovian Voivode Tobiasz Bocheński met at the seat of the Mazowieckie Voivodeship Office in Warsaw with the First Deputy Voivode Sylwester Dąbrowski and the Second Deputy Voivode Artur Standowicz. “During the meetings, he discussed the most important current issues,” the statement said.
