After the attack, several dozen people were detained and checked for possible participation in targeting Russian missiles, said Interior Minister Denys Monastyrski, quoted by the Suspilne portal. Air Force Spokesman Ukraine Yuri Ihnat stated that the Kalibr rockets that attacked the city were launched from a submarine in the Black Sea.

The attack took place in the morning. According to preliminary findings, three rockets struck the city center. An office building was the target, residential buildings and the Officers’ House, which houses the concert hall, also suffered. As a result of the explosion, a fire broke out and several dozen cars caught fire.

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky he called the attack on Vinnitsa an act of terrorism and called Russia a terrorist state.
