The new government of Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki met on Tuesday for its first meeting. The Prime Minister has two weeks to deliver an expose, but the parliamentary arithmetic clearly indicates that he will not receive a vote of confidence.

President Andrzej Duda the new government was sworn in on Monday. The new parliamentary majority criticizes this move and calls Morawiecki’s attempt to stay in power “theater” and “cabaret”. Law and Justice there is no majority in the Sejm, and none of the parties wants to enter into a coalition with PiS.
On December 11, according to the government spokesman, Morawiecki will deliver an expose in the Sejm and seek a vote of confidence.
