Media peddles narrative horseback Border Patrol brokers utilizing ‘whips’ on Haitian migrants in Del Rio

The Intercept journalist Ryan Devereaux equally highlighted the Instances reporting, writing, “Border Patrol brokers on horseback cracking whips and charging into crowds of Haitian asylum seekers in Texas, shouting at them to return to Mexico — robust reporting from @psskow on the state of affairs in Del Rio/Ciudad Acuña.”
