Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki will meet with the deputy head of the European Commission Viera Jourova on Monday afternoon, said the government spokesman Piotr Mueller. As he added, it will be “a short meeting on current affairs”. Jourova is also to meet the Ombudsman, Marcin Wiącek.
According to information from the Polish Press Agency, Jourova has been seeking a meeting with Prime Minister Morawiecki through many channels for a long time. – The Prime Minister decided to have a short meeting on current affairs with Commissioner Jourova on the occasion of her visit to Poland, which is taking place on her initiative – a source close to the government said.
According to PAP, Jourova also plans to meet with the Ombudsman, Marcin Wiącek.
