Mr. Wiktor, a meteorite finder, is the son of an SN14 operator who registered the car pass. Four people were looking for space shards with him,
“The meteorite was discovered in the area determined by us for the meteorite of this mass, based on a previously defined trajectory” – stated in social media.
They are still looking
Similar, though slightly less impressive objects, were also found on Saturday. The first find had 93 grams, the second 25 g, and the third to 48 g.
More about Saturday finds: The meteorite fell in the Lublin region. “Historical moment”
In the vicinity of Drelów, the search for space residues is still underway. Searchers are primarily members of the Polish Meteorite Society and the Polish car, but also people who were able to designate the meteorite landing site themselves. It is possible that there will be more amazing finds in the near future.
