Regardless of who wins the primary elections, the first thing I will do is take off my jacket, take off my tie and go to the streets in Warsaw to convince my voters to support the candidate of the Civic Coalition – declared KO MEP Michał Szczerba in “One on One”, referring to to the primary elections in the coalition.

Michał Szczerba, MEP of the Civic Coalition, spoke on Saturday in “One on One” on TVN24 about the primaries in KO before the presidential elections. The mayor of Warsaw and the deputy head of PO will compete in the club vote Rafał Trzaskowski and Minister of Foreign Affairs Radosław Sikorski.

Szerba was asked whether Sikorski had already called him, asking for his vote. – He didn't call – replied the TVN24 guest. He also noted that when it comes to selecting a candidate, “exactly in a week, i.e. on Saturday morning, everything will be known.”

“What is at stake is not receiving the KO nomination”

According to the MEP, “receiving the nomination of the Civic Coalition is not really at stake.” – The most important thing is to win these elections and achieve the success that failed – for various reasons, objective ones, because these elections were not fair, they were not equal – in 2020. “Right now we have a chance for a real, spectacular victory,” he said.

When asked if he would like a debate between both candidates, he replied that “we know both candidates very well and we know what they represent, what competences they have, what positions they hold on various issues.”

– Regardless of whether Rafał Trzaskowski or Radosław Sikorski wins, the first thing I will do is take off my jacket, take off my tie and go to the streets in Warsaw to convince my voters to support the candidate of the Civic Coalition – he said.
