The Rolling Stones frontman Mick Jagger and his partner Melanie Hamrick have put their Florida home up for sale, the AP reported. The 529-square-foot residential property was valued at $3.5 million.
“You can’t always get what you want, but this house is definitely what you need!” – is the encouraging slogan in the advertisement posted on one of the sales portals, which is a quote from a song written in 1969 by Jagger and Keith Richards.
“This stunning custom-built home in The Lake Club gated community is designed with privacy in mind,” the announcement said.
The living area of the house located on the lake and surrounded by palm trees is 529 square meters. In addition to many luxuriously furnished rooms, there is also a a bell tower and a heated salt water pool.
Jagger and Hamrick purchased a home in Lakewood Ranch east of Bradenton for just over $1.9 million in October 2020. The property is registered to Hamrick and was chosen mainly because her family live in the area.
Jagger, 79, and Hamrick, 36, have a 6-year-old son named Deveraux. They have been together since 2014. The house in Florida is one of many properties they own.
