The police arrived on the spot. They said the 29-year-old did not have a firearms license. They didn’t find any in his apartment. A breathalyzer test showed that the man had more than two times the legal limit in his body.

He was detained and on Thursday, after interrogation, he was charged with extortion of official activities. He already has a crime against life and health on his record. He will be brought to court on Friday. Investigators are requesting that he be placed in pre-trial detention.
