Two passenger cars collided in Milanówek near Warsaw. Four people, including two children, were taken to hospital. Kościuszki Street was blocked.
We received the first information about the incident on Kontakt 24. We confirmed it with the fire brigade.
– At 11.12 a report was received about a collision of two passenger cars on Kościuszki Street. A total of six people were traveling in the cars – said Krzysztof Stefaniak, press officer of the District Headquarters of the State Fire Service in Grodzisk Mazowiecki, before 12 p.m.
He added that the report indicated that several people might be injured. – The officer on duty dispatched two teams from the unit from Grodzisk Mazowiecki and one unit from the Milanówek Volunteer Fire Department – said the firefighter.
After arriving at the scene of the incident, it turned out that the injured were already being helped by a medical rescue team. Firefighters also started providing first aid. – Four people: two adults and two children were taken to hospital – said midshipman Stefaniak. – There was only the driver in one car, and five people in the other, including three children – he summed up.
Kościuszki Street was completely blocked. The police are also working on site.
