Adam Niedzielski should immediately resign, said Magdalena Biejat, member of the Left party club, in “Jeden na single” on TVN24. She commented on the actions of the Minister of Health, who revealed that the doctor Piotr Pisula, who talked about the problems of patients without access to prescriptions for certain drugs, prescribed drugs from this group. Biejat also announced in the program that she would be a candidate from the Senate pact in Warsaw in the parliamentary elections.

Minister of Health Adam Niedzielski revealed on Friday that doctor Piotr Pisula, who spoke about the problems of patients who lost access to prescriptions for certain drugs in the Thursday material of “Fakty” TVN, prescribed drugs from this group. The minister publicly disclosed the doctor’s name and surname, for which he was criticized by many representatives of the medical community. Niedzielski stated that he acted “in defense of the good name of the Ministry of Health, but above all in defense of the patient’s interests.” “There has been no violation of any law,” he said.

Magdalena Biejat, member of the Left party (Together party), referred to the case on Tuesday in “Jeden na one”.

– It would seem that this power can no longer surprise us. Their approach to human rightsto women’s rights, to how the state functions in general, is already clear and obvious. But unfortunately, I have to say with regret that Mr. Niedzielski surprised me here too – she said. – I did not expect that anyone in the Polish government would commit such a blatant violation of the law and violate one of the most sacred secrets, which is medical confidentiality and the right of patients to protect their personal data – she added.

In her opinion, “Minister Niedzielski should resign immediately, he should be dismissed immediately.”

Biejat: I will be a candidate from the Senate pact in Warsaw

Biejat confirmed in “One for One” that she would be a candidate from the Senate pact in Warsaw in elections parliamentary.

– I think I have proved one thing during this term that I am not afraid of challenges. When we realized that there was no female candidate from Warsaw, we found it a bit outrageous, she said.

In her opinion, the Senate is a place that “should be refreshed.”
