The new regulations impose on developers the obligation to inform about the prices of sold residential premises or single -family houses.

New requirements for developers
The Act signed by Andrzej Duda obliges developers to provide information on the prices of a square meter of usable area of each of the offered residential premises or single -family houses and the entire property or its parts, which are the subject of the contract.
The developer will also have to provide the prices of the so -called belonging rooms, such as cells, attics, basements or garages, if the price of these rooms or rights is not included in the price of a sq m of usable space.
The Act obliges the developer to provide information on other cash benefits, which the buyer is obliged to meet him in the performance of the contract transferring ownership.
The developer will also be to inform about the price change and present how it shaped in the period from the date of commencement of sales, updating information on its website. Information about the website's address should be found in commercials, advertisements and offers addressed to potential buyers.
The Act also provides that in the event of a discrepancy between the price given on the website and the price offered at the conclusion of the contract, the buyer has the right to request the conclusion of the contract at the price of the most advantageous for him.
The violation of the obligations provided for in the Act will constitute a practice violating the collective interests of consumers within the meaning of the Act on competition and consumer protection.
Developers will also have to provide the minister of digitization once a day, the data contained in the information placed on websites. They will be published on the government portal Dane.gov.pl.
