Traffic police noticed a driver behaving strangely at the junction of the S7 route in Mława. The inspection showed that the 65-year-old had a partially empty bottle of vodka in the car and blew more than 1.2 per mille. The man lost his driving license in 12 categories.

As described by the Mława police, the incident took place on Monday, at noon.

He admitted that he had been drinking earlier

– The patrol noticed an Opel driver behaving suspiciously at the junction near Warszawska Street. The man was immediately detained for inspection. He had a partially empty bottle of vodka next to the gear lever. As he stated in a conversation with the intervening policemen, before he set off, he drank 200 milliliters of vodka – says staff aspirant Anna Pawłowska, press officer of the District Police Headquarters in Mława, in a press release.

As the policewoman points out, the 65-year-old “lost his driving license in 12 categories and his car was towed to a police parking lot.” What threatens him? – A high fine and a penalty of up to three years in prison – informs Staff Aspirant Pawłowska.

The investigation is being conducted by the Mława Police Headquarters.
