mObywatel application with new “Company” service

A new service for entrepreneurs has appeared in the mObywatel 2.0 application – “Company”. It enables, among other things, quick provision of data on business activities. It will be available to all users on May 27.

The “Company” service in the mObywatel 2.0 application enables, among others: collecting and managing data on business activities – the ministries of development, technology and digitization announced in press releases. The program is intended to allow entrepreneurs to save time, organize their work better and avoid visits to the office.

“In May 2024, the Company service was made available in the mObywatel 2.0 application. Thanks to it, an entrepreneur can conveniently send invoice data to his contractors and download a certificate of entry from the Central Registration and Information on Economic Activity (CEIDG),” said the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Digital Affairs Krzysztof Gawkowski, quoted in the announcement of the Ministry of Development and Technology.

As mentioned, in the application the entrepreneur can download the certificate of entry in CEIDG in PDF format to his phone, share selected information (e.g. Tax Identification Number or REGON) or complete invoice information using, among others, SMS, e-mail or messenger, find your details sole proprietorship business and check their correctness.

“The development of digital service for entrepreneurs is one of the conditions for building the competitiveness of our companies. Fast and convenient exchange of information on the business activity is one of the basic tasks of the state administration, which is primarily intended to serve and help business,” noted Ignacy, Deputy Minister of Development and Technology, quoted in the release. It was added that in mObywatel, an entrepreneur can also check current data contained in the CEIDG register, including the status of his or her business activity. If the business status is marked as “waiting to start”, the user will see information about the planned start date of the business, and if it is suspended, he will receive information about the date of its last suspension or the date of the reported resumption of business.

Access for everyone from May 27

Additionally, in addition to address and contact details, the service also includes PKD codes, including additional ones that define the area of ​​business activity and additional permanent places of business activity.

As added by the Ministry of Digitization, the “Company” service will be implemented gradually – the first users of the mObywatel 2.0 application were offered it on May 22, and it will be available to everyone on May 27.

The mObywatel 2.0 application enables, among others: access to your own documents (including ID card, driving license, registration certificate) and allows you to handle official matters from your smartphone. The application can be downloaded for free from official stores: Google Play for Android devices and App Store for iOS devices.
