Only with an e-ticket you will be able to enter the car parks in Łysa Polana and Palenica Białczańska, from where the route to Morskie Oko begins. The e-ticket can be purchased, among others, on the website of the Tatra National Park (TPN).
According to the information from TPN, it will no longer be possible to buy a ticket from the park’s staff. Park authorities recommend buying a parking ticket at least one day in advance, especially as they are often sold out early during the holidays.
E-ticket for a parking lot in the Morskie Oko region – how much does it cost?
The fee for a parking space is PLN 35. Having an e-ticket, the tourist has a guarantee that he will have a place to leave the car regardless of the time of arrival, although the order of arrival determines whether the car will be parked at Palenica Białczańska (closer to the entrance to the trail) or at Łysa Polana.
The need to have an e-ticket purchased in advance also applies to people using disabled places and people staying in hostels.
For people who do not have an account for online payments, TPN will launch from Monday the option of purchasing a ticket with cash payment at the Tourist Information Point, at ul. Chałubińskiego 44, which is open daily from 7.30 am to 4.30 pm. The purchase condition for a given day is the availability of seats.
Parking lots near Morskie Oko – why e-tickets were introduced?
E-tickets are an attempt to solve the problem of queues, traffic jams and are intended to provide relative comfort to tourists.

Many tourists are also in Zakopane itself – said Anna Zwijacz-Kozica from the TPN tourist information office. In her opinion, the movement towards Morskie Oko is “powerful”.
TPN appealed to tourists to observe safety rules and to plan routes in advance.
E-tickets for parking lots in the Morskie Oko region – where to buy?
Tourists who fail to buy a parking space in the Morskie Oko area for a given day via the website tpn.pl/zwiedzaj/e-bilety, can use alternative parking lots available in the Bukowina commune and the car park at Polana Zgorzelisko, from where it is organized public transport. You can also use public transport from Zakopane or other nearby towns.
TPN also encourages the purchase of entry tickets to the Park electronically via the tpn.pl website and in the SkyCash and mPay applications. It is best to save the admission ticket and the confirmation of booking a parking space on your phone or print them out so that they are available for presentation in the event of a lack of cellular network coverage, which is often the case in the Tatra National Park.
