The District Court in Piaseczno convicted Andrzej K. for throwing a six -month -old puppy out of the window. The 56-year-old heard the verdict of the year and two months in prison, he is also to pay a relationship to the foundation involved in helping animals. The verdict is unlawful.

The judgment, which was passed on Monday, February 24 at the District Court in Piaseczno, Applies to events in Góra Kalwaria from a year ago. Shortly after the hearing, he was confirmed by Katarzyna Topczewska, a lawyer representing the Viva! Foundation, dealing with animal protection. – The accused heard the sentence of the year and two months in prison. The court also ruled the payment of a number of seven thousand zlotys to the Friends of Palucha Foundation – said in an interview with tvnwarszawa.pl.

He threw his partner's dog out the window

According to Viva earlier, during alcohol libation, the man threw his partner out of the dog's dog's window. “An eyewitness to the event was a neighbor who lived below, who saw a puppy suddenly falling out the window. The woman immediately realized that the dog was deliberately thrown away because it fell far from the building. She immediately called the police to the place” – the foundation described in February last year .

A 56-year-old man was detained by the police. He heard the allegation of Article 35 paragraph 1a of the Animal Protection Act.

The Foundation appealed against the order of the order

Originally, the District Court in Piaseczno issued a warrant, without a hearing in which he sentenced the accused to a penalty of restriction of liberty and five thousand zlotys. The foundation appealed against the order, therefore normal evidence and interrogation of witnesses were carried out.

After hearing the case, the District Court in Piaseczno issued a judgment on Monday.
