Najjjkaor really Natalia Ruś, has been causing controversy for a long time. These are the views expressed by a Catholic influencer who, among others, claims that using contraception can cause depression and is a mortal sin. In his statements, he often mentions premarital sex and speaks unfavorably about the LGBT community. This time Najjjka has a lot of problems. It turns out that she lost the lawsuit with the Center for Monitoring Racist and Xenophobic Behavior.
Najjjka lost the trial. The judgment is final
This is not the first time a Catholic influencer has heard an indictment. She appeared in court, among others. for outrageous words about Ukrainians and proceedings are pending against her support for the scandalous actions of Grzegorz Braun. In December last year, a Confederate MP extinguished Hanukkah candles in the Sejm. In this case however, it was about the desire to convict the president Center for Monitoring Racist and Xenophobic Behavior. “A criminal trial in which Natalia Ruś, pseudonym Najjjka, tried to convict the president of the Center, Konrad Dulkowski. She did not like the fact that OMZRiK informed her about her public activities. She complained, among other things, about the term 'anti-scientific nonsense' in connection with her stories that depression was caused by lack of faith in God,” the Center said in a post on Facebook. As we learn, Confederation activists supported her in the case.
“Konrad Dulkowski was legally acquitted in two instances,” it was added. Najjjka not only lost, but will have to “pay him several thousand zlotys back court costs.” The judgment was issued in both instances, so it is final. The judges noted that the Center's statements “were truthful” and that telling the truth cannot be punished. “Natalia Ruś posted racist and xenophobic entries, corrupts young people and children, publishes false information and attacks people suffering from depression. The court ruled that there was no lie in these statements,” we read.
Najjjka denies the matter. He claims that no verdict has been passed
On Najjjka's social media profile we can read that she has only one case – for supporting Braun's actions. She did not mention the trial in question, claiming that “there is no case against me in any court today“The influencer did not directly refer to the case described by the Center, but she repeatedly emphasizes that she has not heard the verdict.
