What could be in a democratic country more dramatic than a coup d'état? On Thursday, it was number one for Law and Justice politicians. Donald Tusk decided that the accusation was so frivolous that he preferred to play a ping-pong. Apparently PiS also decided that the theory did not defend itself, because after 24 hours the assassination was only an attack on the economy and things were not there. Karol Nawrocki's election staff did not want to take this rhetoric.
For the staff of Karol Nawrocki, it was a surprise when Bogdan Święczkowski, president of the Constitutional Tribunal, announced that he would submit a notification to the prosecutor's office of suspected assassination of a state of state by politicians of the ruling coalition. However, he has not done this so far.
According to our unofficial information, PiS staffers did not want their candidate to be involved in the political action under the slogan “Caid of State”. That is why the day after the alarming statements of Law and Justice politicians did not even return, because – according to our interlocutors in PiS – it was to be silenced, and PiS politicians were to return to the issues of expensive, electricity bills and green order established by the staff.

– History of compromise, overheating the topic. I am not surprised that PiS is withdrawing. I am surprised that they went to it at all – commented Magdalena Biejat, a marshal of the Left Senate. Rafał Trzaskowski's candidate was also joked with the case.
In addition, in the parliamentary lobby, as described by the Onet portal, PiS politicians joked and mocked that the first victim of the alleged coup announced by their party was Błażej Spychalski, former spokesman of President Andrzej Duda, whose CBA just that day stopped in connection with the scandal in Collegium Humanum .

The topic that PiS wanted to use against Donald Tusk was used by pro -Russian media. This was commented by the prime minister.
“The coup d'état in Poland at the leaders of the media only in Russia, Belarus and Hungary. Efficient cooperation. Grotesque action, and yet dangerous in its own way” – wrote Prime Minister Tusk.
– I will say it strongly and let it firmly: this is feeding Russian propaganda with Polish blood. I hope that the PiS from PiS will quickly come to their senses and understand how much they are harmful to Poland today – commented Sejm Marshal Szymon Hołownia.
President Andrzej Duda, commenting on the matter, did not repeat words about the coup d'état, but stood on the side of Bogdan Święczkowski. – We have a formal application to initiate proceedings and I hope that the prosecutor's office will act honestly and reliably in Poland – said the president.

No notification was received
The prosecutor's office reported that no application from the President of the Constitutional Tribunal in this case was received and therefore could not be registered. Bogdan Święczkowski referred the case to the Deputy Prosecutor General, once his close associate, whom Zbigniew Ziobro appointed for this position. It's not enough to start any investigation.
– We still don't know if it is a hucpa, whether it is fun, whether these gentlemen are seriously pretending to submit a request. This application is nowhere to be found. This is a spectrum notification – commented Krzysztof Kwiatkowski, former prosecutor general and senator of the Civic Coalition.
According to prosecutor general Adam Bodnar, if the application is received by the prosecutor's office, then, according to the law, investigators will take care of him.
