This year, seventeen expressway sections and four motorway sections are to be added to traffic this year, informs Rzeczpospolita. However, the final number of completed sections will depend on the weather conditions in the fall.
As the daily emphasizes, “there will be a great acceleration, because from January this year to mid-September, drivers have been given access to only 120 kilometers, i.e. less than a third of the nearly 390 kilometers planned for the entire year 2021”.
In an interview with the daily, the General Directorate for National Roads and Motorways (GDDKiA) emphasizes that the final number of completed sections will depend on the weather conditions in the fall. – If the weather is favorable, we will make available a little more than we announced at the beginning of the year and the list of episodes to be delivered may be even longer – the GDDKiA press team informed “Rzeczpospolita”.
