Nick Carter Breaks Silence on Sister Bobbie Jean Carter’s Demise

Nick Carter is honoring the life and legacy of Bobbie Jean Carter.

The Backstreet Boys singer shared a tribute to his sister, who died on Dec. 23 on the age of 41.

“It could take a lifetime to completely course of the loss my household has endured through the years–most not too long ago, with the sudden passing of our sister Bobbie Jean,” Nick wrote on Instagram Jan. 4 alongside a childhood photograph. “I’m utterly heartbroken.”

“Thanks for all of your love and sort phrases,” he continued. “We’re reminded once more that life is valuable, fleeting and to cherish the time we’ve with those we love. I do know she is lastly at peace with God. I like you BJ.”

Whereas an official explanation for loss of life has but to be shared publicly, Bobbie Jean’s passing was confirmed by her mother Jane Carter on Dec. 23.

“I’m in shock from studying of the sudden loss of life of my daughter, Bobbie Jean,” she informed TMZ, “and I’ll want time to course of the horrible actuality of this occurring for the third time.”

Each Jane and Nick’s statements reference the deaths of Aaron Carter, who passed away in Nov. 2022, and Leslie Carter, who died in 2012.
