A drunk 36-year-old man, while transporting his six-year-old daughter on a motorcycle, drove into a roadside ditch in Nieszkowice Małe (Małopolska Province). The child was unharmed, the father was taken to hospital with a leg injury. The man will be held accountable in court.
On Saturday before 5 p.m., the services received a report of a motorcyclist's accident in Nieszkowice Małe (Bochnia district). The 36-year-old lost control of the vehicle on a bend in the road and drove it into a roadside ditch. He was carrying a child.

Fortunately, the six-year-old girl was unharmed, while her father, a resident of the Bochnia commune, suffered a leg injury and was taken to hospital. As it turned out, the 36-year-old was drunk. As the Malopolska police reported in a statement, the man had almost two per mille of alcohol in his system.
The motorcycle driver also did not have a driving license. Neither he nor his daughter were wearing protective helmets.
– The 36-year-old will be held accountable in court for driving under the influence of alcohol – junior cadet Daniel Bułatowicz, press officer for the Bochnia police, told us. Officers will also check whether a minor was exposed to danger.
