Andrzej Z., alias Słowik, Leszek D., alias Wańka and Janusz P., codename Umbrella, the former bosses of the Pruszków mafia, appeared in court again. They are accused of drug trafficking. The trial is taking place in the District Court in Warsaw.

Judge Maja Maria Minkisiewicz opened the court proceedings, and then the prosecutor read the indictment. Nine defendants sat on the bench, including Andrzej Z., alias Słowik, Leszek D., alias Wańka and Janusz P., codename Umbrella. They were all brought to the courtroom from various detention centers.

What are they accused of?

The bosses of the Pruszków mafia are accused of trafficking 35 kg of cocaine, buying 5 kg of the drug from the criminal group of Andrzej K., alias Andruszko and from Emil M. Then they sold it to others.

They are also accused of buying 25 kg of cocaine in five transactions, 5 kg of the drug at a time for EUR 30-32 per gram, from Andrzej K., ps. . Andrushka.

Additionally, on September 14, 2016, they allegedly bought 10 kg of cocaine from “Andruszka” in Berlin for PLN 250,000. euro (25 euro per gram) for resale.

Sam Andrzej Z., ps. Słowik is also accused of buying 1 kg of cocaine from Rafał P. in October or November 2015 in Amsterdam for PLN 30,000. euro and then sold it to other people.

Andrzej Z., alias Słowik refused to explain. He said he would not submit them at this stage of the process.

The next hearing will take place on March 3. He will then provide explanations, among others: Alan A. – a drug dealer who decided to cooperate with law enforcement agencies. It was his explanations that led to the prosecution of the Pruszków mafia bosses.

In November 2022, officers of the Central Police Investigation Bureau under the supervision of the Masovian National Prosecutor's Office detained over 20 people, including “Słowik”, “Wańka” and “Parasol”.
