Due to maintenance works, the Zaufany Profile will be unavailable from Friday, January 19 (from 8 p.m.) to Saturday, January 20 (until 4 p.m.), the Ministry of Digitization announced in a press release. During this time, the trusted signature service will also be unavailable – it was added.
“So if you were planning to handle official matters online, remember to take into account the break in access to the PZ service. During this time, the trusted signature service will also be unavailable,” we read in the announcement.
Trusted Profile – details
Thanks to a trusted profile, you can confirm your identity on the Internet and sign the document with an electronic signature, if it is necessary to settle the matter.
A trusted profile can be created and confirmed online, using an external identity provider, e.g. a bank.
To do this, complete the form for establishing a PZ in the electronic banking system of the bank whose services the citizen uses. The operation must be confirmed with the bank authorization code. Confirmation of account creation will be sent to the provided e-mail address.
You can also confirm your identity at confirmation points, e.g. offices and some banks. An application to set up a PZ is automatically sent online when an account is registered. However, the data must be confirmed in person at a selected confirmation point (also abroad).
