On Monday morning, Kim Yo Jong, the sister of North Korean leader Kim Jong Un, issued a warning statement USA against further attempts to deploy military forces on the Korean Peninsula.

After North Korea launched its Hwasong-15 intercontinental ballistic missile on Saturday, the U.S. military deployed B-1B long-range supersonic bombers as part of a joint military exercise with South Korea and Japan on Sunday.

“The frequency of using the Pacific as its own training ground depends on the nature of the operations of US forces,” Kim Yo Jong said in a statement released by North Korea’s state media.

On Sunday North Korea said Saturday’s test of an intercontinental ballistic missile was intended to further enhance its “deadly” nuclear attack capability and to verify the weapon reliability and combat readiness of the country’s nuclear forces.
