On Saturday, a hundred people were evacuated from the Casa Del Guarda restaurant, which is located in the province of Soria (Castile and León). The Pedrajas River poured out and the flood waters trapped in the pub of people – local media reported. The rescue operation ended after 23 o'clock.

In the commune of El Espinar (Castyl and León), one of the most affected by the flood, the situation on Sunday improved a bit with the decrease in water flow in the river. This allowed to start work related to the drainage of water from garages and houses.

The most serious accident took place in Marbella, a city located about 47 kilometers from the center of Malaga. There, the branch fell on a 70-year-old. The woman was hospitalized – the local media reported. Also in Malaga, and more precisely in the city of Mijas, flood waters kidnapped a vehicle with a man inside, which fortunately saved a group of friends.

The Spanish meteorological agency Aemet issued warnings against storms and heavy rainfall. On Sunday evening, the alarms were in force in eight regions.
