On Thursday, Orlen’s management board approved the draft plan to merge the Płock concern with Lotos, the Płock concern informed on Thursday. It was added that the merger will take place by transferring all Lotos assets to Orlen in exchange for the shares that Orlen will grant to the shareholders of Grupa Lotos.
PKN Orlen announced in a press release that on June 2, the company’s management board approved the draft plan for the merger of the Płock concern with Grupa Lotos.
As explained, the draft merger plan assumes the transfer of all assets of Grupa Lotos to Orlen in exchange for shares that PKN Orlen will grant to shareholders of Grupa Lotos.
The announcement added that the shareholders of this company would receive 1.075 shares of PKN Orlen in exchange for one share of Grupa Lotos.
