Orlen Projekt, a subsidiary of Orlen, wants to take control of Energop. An application in this matter was submitted to the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK).
Orlen Projekt SA’s application was submitted to UOKiK on Tuesday. Concentration – as explained – involves the Płock company taking over control of Energop Sp. z o. o. based in Sochaczew.
