The body of Cezary Olszewski, dancer and winner of the 7th edition of “Dancing with the Stars”, was found in a hotel room in Ostrołęka. The prosecutor’s office ruled out the involvement of third parties, but the doctor concluded that the probable cause of death was a stroke. The dancer was 42 years old.
The “eOstrołęka” portal was the first to report the dancer’s death. The man’s body was found in one of the hotels in Ostrołęka. As the tvn24.pl portal unofficially confirmed on Monday, it is the famous dancer Cezary Olszewski.
The police informed us about the discovery of the 42-year-old’s body. – Before 10 a.m., the body of a 42-year-old man was discovered in one of the hotels in Ostrołęka. Police officers and a prosecutor are working on site and the circumstances of the incident are being investigated – Commissioner Tomasz Żerański, press officer of the police commander in Ostrołęka, told us on Tuesday (October 30).
Third party involvement excluded
Elżbieta Łukasiewicz from the District Prosecutor’s Office in Ostrołęka informed us the next day that the inspection of the scene and the body did not reveal any traces that could indicate the involvement of third parties in causing the man’s death.
– The doctor stated that the probable cause of death was a stroke – he notes.
Witnesses were interviewed and monitoring was secured. The prosecutor’s office continues its activities.
Who was Cezary Olszewski?
Cezary Olszewski was born on July 17, 1981, he trained ballroom dancing.
He is a finalist of the Polish championship in standard dances. He performed with the Volt dance group, and in 2008-2010 he was seen as a coach in “Dancing with the Stars”.
In the show he partnered with Anna Popek, Anna Nowak, Grażyna Wolszczak and Dorota Zawadzka. Performing with actress Magdalena Walach, he won the 7th edition of the program.
