The prosecutor's office in Ostrołęka charged two men who suspected Rafał Trzaskowski's 30 election banners. One of the suspects was to break banners for 300 zlotys, and the other to get to it. Then the suspect hung two banners around the PKS station in Ostrołęka. He took the remaining 28 banners from the car and left at the repair ramp behind the garage at Broniewski in Ostrołęka. As established, Tobias B. was to be persuaded to steal banners by Andrzej M. In exchange for their theft, he promised Tobiasz B. the amount of PLN 300 – described a spokeswoman for the Ostrołęka prosecutor's office.

Tobiasz B. was charged with theft of 30 banners with a total value of PLN 4,800, which he acted to the detriment of the election committee of Rafał Trzakowski.

He did not confess to ordering theft

The second suspect is Andrzej M. According to the prosecutor's office, he persuaded Tobias B. to appropriate banners.

In his explanations, he denied that he would order the theft of election banners to Tobiasz B. he also denied his acquaintance with the listed – says the prosecutor.

In the course of the proceedings, a telephone belonging to Tobias B. was secured, and visual monitoring from a nearby store was secured.

As we determined Andrzej M., he applied for the mandate of a councilor from PiS lists in the local elections in 2006.
