A gas cylinder leaked in a house in Ostrów Mazowiecka. According to the police, it exploded. Two elderly people were injured. One was taken to hospital by helicopter of the Air Ambulance Service.
The incident occurred in Ostrów Mazowiecka, on Stanisław Dubois Street. Two helicopters of the Air Ambulance Service landed on the spot. The medical rescue team, firefighters and police were also on the scene.
We asked the police for details. – Initial findings indicate that a gas cylinder leaked and an explosion occurred in a single-family home. Two 76-year-olds were injured, a married couple. The man was taken to hospital by LPR helicopter. The woman was treated at the scene – informed Asp. Marzena Laczkowska from the District Police Headquarters in Ostrów Mazowiecka.
