At night, the services were alerted that a child was in a closed car in front of a block of flats in Ostrów Wielkopolski. Firefighters broke the car window and took the child out of the car. The two-year-old girl did not require medical assistance.
The incident occurred on Sunday (August 11) around 2 a.m.
– We were notified that there was a small child in a car parked in front of the building – informed Junior Sergeant Ewa Golińska-Jurasz, press officer of the District Police Headquarters in Ostrów Wielkopolski.

Police and firefighters were dispatched to the scene, who broke the car window and removed the two-year-old girl. The child did not require medical attention and was not injured.
According to the police, the child was handed over to the family. The family court was notified of the case.
The police are determining who was taking care of the girl and are explaining the exact circumstances of the incident.
