A drug test of the delivery bus driver showed that he may have used methamphetamine. He had drugs on him and also hidden in the car and in his luggage. The 33-year-old has already been charged and placed under police surveillance.

Charges and supervision

The arrested 33-year-old was taken to the police station. He was charged with driving under the influence of psychotropic substances and their possession and was placed under police supervision.

The activities in the case are supervised by the District Prosecutor’s Office in Otwock.

Driving while under the influence of intoxicants is punishable by up to two years in prison, and possession of drugs by up to three years.
