It was assured that it had reached “about 98% of the affected communities.” The outage affected users around the world. Including in Poland. From reports on the downdetector website.pl shows that actually fewer reports were reported after this hour problems with Microsoft applications, but new ones kept appearing.
Failed repair attempt: Microsoft said around 8 p.m. that restarts were “progressing slower than expected for most affected users.” He also did not provide an estimated repair time. Just before 10 p.m. he updated these information and informed users that he took additional actions and sees the results. “We continue to monitor the service while we complete other workstreams to fully resolve the issue,” it said. Users nevertheless continued to report problems with applications.
