A 41-year-old resident of Pabianice, eating breakfast with his wife, noticed a small child sitting on the outside of the window sill. The girl was on the second floor of the block opposite. She was in great danger. He immediately called the emergency number. Two police patrols and four fire brigades went to the scene.
